Max Bartos
Founder - Artistic Director
Max Bartos is a 22-year-old singer and actor from New York City, best known for originating the role of Darren in Sing Street: The Musical. His favorite roles and credits include Johnny in American Idiot, The Preacher in Runaway Home, The Song of Bernadette, and Uncut Gems.
A self-taught musician, Max plays six instruments, including acoustic and electric guitar, piano, drums, bass, banjo, and mandolin. After finishing his run in Sing Street, Max and his family founded Bartos Entertainment Group LLC to reimagine how shows are curated and produced. The company collaborates with producers, creators, and directors to lead development through the evolving theatrical landscape. Bartos Entertainment Group produces and invests in projects at every level, from Broadway and Off-Broadway productions to regional shows and works in development.
Max is a proud member of Actors' Equity Association (AEA), SAG-AFTRA, and the Dramatists Guild
