Denny Lanza is one of the most innovative and charismatic figures in the Italian Musical Theatre scene. Director, producer, and talented choreographer, he has distinguished himself for his visionary approach and his ability to transform every project into an experience that combines tradition and novelty.

During his years in this field he directed musicals such as Obadubidú, Vagamondi, Civico7, Hairspray - the Broadway Musical and award-winning Spring Awakening brought both on tour in Italy and on a prestigious stage in New York.

He’s also the creator of Jump, a web series that displays his continuous research for new ways of expressing different narrative approaches.

Denny is the creator and director of national artistic events as well, such as La Giostra del Musical, Into The Musical, Prato Talent Week, Florence Tap Festival, and Musical Talent Awards, all things that redefined the borders of musical theater in Italy.

As the artistic director of Musicaltimes.it and the prestigious Musical Times Academy (MTA) in Florence, one of Italy's most influential musical theatre academies, Denny trained and launched artists that are now on national and international stages.
